Senior Residential Support Worker
Location: Leicester
Salary: £15.65 per hour, generous overtime and sleep in allowance + Benefits

A respected care provider is seeking a dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker to join their team in delivering high-quality care and support to children and young people with learning disabilities, at one of their, homely, 3 bed residential setting in Leicester.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about creating safe, nurturing environments where young people can grow, thrive, and feel empowered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support young people in daily routines, hobbies, friendships, and personal development
• Lead shifts confidently and provide guidance to team members
• Step into management duties during the absence of senior staff
• Conduct staff supervisions and support colleague inductions
• Promote safeguarding and well-being at all times
• Oversee health and safety procedures, including risk assessments
• Encourage young people to explore new opportunities and reach their potential
