Senior Residential Child-Care Worker

We are looking for Senior Residential Childcare Worker. Hours are 169 per month on a shift system, with a shift starting at 12.30 and finishing at 1 pm the next day. This position is in Surrey and close to local transport links. Do you think you are somebody who is dynamic and passionate about providing care and advice to impressionable young minds?

The ideal candidate will be an experienced NVQ Level 3 Qualified candidate. Must be a driver and own a car with a minimum of 2 years EXP. You will be working with children and young people who have learning difficulties. You will be supporting the children and young people with day to day activities and help them to become independent.

This is a Permanent role
Salary £19.914 to £20.401
There is a start rate and a passing probation rate (normally 6 months later)
169 per month on a shift system
Plus £27 per sleep-in (average 9 - 10 per month)
