BS Social Care presents an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Residential Support Worker!

The role is for an outstanding organisation who works to promote a potties environment within the residential home. The home is a 7 bedded EBD home which is currently housing 6 children aged 10-15.

In this role as a senior you will be responsible for the home in the absences of the Team Leader and Manager. You will also have to organise the rotas and ensure the welbeing of the children is being met.

The successful candidate will have a level 3 in Health and Social Care , Residential Childrens or Children and Young Peoples Work force. You will also have experience in a residential setting and ideally within an EBD home.

The candidate will be a hard working individual who is resilient and not afraid of a challenging!
