We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Support Worker to join a fantastic leading provider in services for Children and Young People.

Working for an incredible organisation who is a provider of Residential Services for Children and young people.

As Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for leading a shift supporting Young People on a 1:1 basis you will lead and motivate your team in providing the best person centred care.

It is essential that you have experience of working within a Children`s Home and have completed NVQ3 Children & Young People Workforce or a qualification within this sector.

This is a full time position with an exciting salary of £23,040 with excellent development and progression.
