Looking for an exciting challenge and progression in your career working as a Senior Children`s Residential Support Worker? My client is recruiting in Pilling!

Your role provides an excellent opportunity for professional development within the company which will be both challenging and rewarding, supporting children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviour. Your responsibilities will be assisting the management in the day-to-day functions of the home, providing emotional care and support to the young people, encourage their social and intellectual development and build professional rapports and relationships with the children.

This role will suit a positive, child focused and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills looking to progress further in their career working with Children and Young People.

You will ideally hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Children Care and have the passion to work with children. Flexibility is essential in this role.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary starting at £21,450 - £24,375 with excellent development and benefits including £50 per sleep.
