An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Residential Worker to support Children and Young Adults with complex needs and behavioural needs.

You will be working for an excellent provider that high quality support to Children and Young Adults with a range of complex needs including Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism.

As a Senior RSW your duties will include leading and managing the team in the day to day running of the home, working towards achieving the best outcomes for the Young People and liaising with professionals and stakeholders.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic and reliable individual with the ability to prioritise their work load and use own initiative.

The successful candidate will hold a Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young People and have experience supporting Children within a residential setting. A Full UK Driving License with access to your own car is essential.

This is a full time position with a excellent starting salary of £24,440 plus exciting benefits including continuous professional development and training, free gym membership and overtime opportunities.
