We are currently seeking a Dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker to joining a Residential home for young people with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties, set in a beautiful location.

Your role provides an excellent opportunity for professional development within the company which will be both challenging and rewarding, supporting children and young adults with EBD and challenging behaviour. Your responsibilities will be assisting the Team Leader in the day to day functions of the home, providing emotional care and support to the young person, encourage their social and intellectual development and build professional rapports with the children and their families.

This role will suit a positive individual with excellent communication skills looking to progress further in their career working with Children and Young People.

You will ideally hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and have the passion to work with children. Flexibility is essential in this role.

This is a full time position with a competitive salary of up to £26,800 with excellent development and benefits.
