This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join a fantastic Residential Home for Young People!

You will be working for a specialist provider of Residential Care and Education for Children and Young People. Their philosophy is to support young individuals from all backgrounds and to provide them with a reliable home environment with the required support to live meaningful and valued lives within the local community.

As the Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be supporting Young People within a 4 bed residential home for young people with Emotional behavioural difficulties. Your main duties are to support and oversee the support to the Young People, support with supervisions, follow support plans, complete accurate daily notes and motivate your team and support the Registered Manager to fulfil the homes statement of purpose.

You will be a naturally caring and compassionate person with a true passion and patience for helping others in times of crisis.

• You will be required to hold a full UK Driving Licence
• Hold a level 3 in Children and Young people or equivalent
• Some experience and understanding in a similar setting is essential.

This is a full-time position with a salary of £23,520 inclusive of sleeps in addition to exciting benefits and the opportunity to increase your monthly wage.
