BROOK STREET are delighted to be supporting a thriving Estate Agency with branches across the North East. Who are now searching for an experienced SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR to work in their busy city centre branch in Sunderland.

Working in this thriving, successful city centre branch based in the heart of Sunderland, alongside a team of 5 sales negotiators is where you`ll thrive!

Being in a very busy branch you`ll need to be an experienced negotiator with your own transport and willing to carry out accompanied viewings.

Dealing with telephone enquiries from sellers and buyers, registering clients, arranging viewings, carrying out accompanied viewings when necessary also, negotiating offers and instructing solicitors details once an offer has been accepted will all be part of your busy day.

Milage paid
Monday - Friday 9-5
