If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's head office within the St. Helens area, you will be expected to actively be involved in bringing in new business and doing so by undertaking the prospective client valuation appointments.

Day to day duties in this role include:
Liaising and negotiating with both vendors and buyers.
Focusing on enquiries and sales leads to ensure there is a regular influx of new business.
Overseeing any prospective client valuation appointments.
Following a regular process always - from a start to end property basis.
To apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
At least two years' experience in a property role - ideally within a Sales Negotiator title or sales negotiating experience.
Full UK Driving Licence and own your own vehicle.
Strong communication skills.
Comfortable liaising with clients face to face and over the phone.
