Job Description

We`re working with a Market Leading company in Bradford. They`re looking to appoint a Senior Scheduler to join their innovative company.

They`re looking for an organised and efficient candidate, with strong excel and administrative skills who can come in and focus on getting the job done and ensuring service level agreements are consistently achieved.

Within the role you will be responsible for liaising with internal and external departments, including the company`s overseas offices, to ensure that the field team`s tasks are organised and everyone is fully engaged. This will involve speaking with customers and engineers directly, monitoring activities and flagging any appointments that may fall outside SLA targets.

A large part of the role will involve reporting using Excel, pulling and analysing SLA data from internal systems and preparing statistics and reports for management teams, ensuring data is accurate and visually comprehensible.

The role will also include liaison with the purchasing team, ensuring parts are ordered and chasing up arrival times as wells as monitoring stock levels, ensuring goods are checked in and out.

This is a real organisational focused role, we`re looking for candidates who can multi task and prioritise their own workload with minimal supervision.
It`s essential you have experience with creating and amending formulas on Excel.
Candidates from a scheduling background are highly desired, although applicants with a strong customer service and account management background will also be considered.
