Brook Street are currently seeking an Enquiries Officer to work for a government client, based in Bridgwater.
You will be part of the Customer and Engagement Team, who ensure that customers and partners are provided with data and information in accordance with certain legislation's.
Main Duties Include:
-Log and respond to potentially sensitive and detailed enquiries.
-Provide high quality, customer focused responses to tight deadlines.
-Manage and respond to complex customer enquiries using the relevant exemptions and exceptions.
-Develop efficiency's within the team.
-Improve relationships with various technical teams.
Skills and Experience Required:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Be highly organised and flexibility, able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload.
-Experience of working with internal and external customers.
-Experience of handling complex and sensitive enquiries.
This is a full time role working 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
Rate of pay is £14.10 per hour.
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until the end of June 2019, but may be extended depending on the business needs.
