Our client based in Beccles, is seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. The role is Monday to Friday (37.5 hours), £10.83 an hour, rising to £12.38 an hour after a period of 12 weeks.
The Senior Service Desk Analyst role will be providing effective and positive second line support through managing calls and handling the resulting incidents or service requests, supporting the service operation using the incident management and request fulfilment processes.
The role will include, but will not be restricted to;
- Working to Service Level Agreements
- To provide a comprehensive second line support to customers having difficulty with their IT facilities
- To provide assessment, catagorisation and prioritisation for reported incidents
- First contact resolution where possible
- Data analysis
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a years experience in a similar role. Experience of working with ITIL processes is desirable.
Customer service is at the heart of everything they do, it is essential for you to have a previous record of providing excellent customer service. You will need to have great communication skills.
The rate of pay is £10.83, rising to £12.38 after a period of 12 weeks. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
