LOCATION: Ayrshire and Dumfries (based in Kilmarnock)

SALARY: £30,000

BS Social Care is assisting one of the UK`s leading providers for supported living, in their search for a Senior Service Manager covering the Dumfries and Ayrshire area. Their aim is to help people live ordinary, happy lives through extraordinary support, and you could be part of it.

The Role:

As a Senior Service Manager, you will support LD services across Ayrshire and Dumfries with operational management support. You will support the teams in delivering excellent services to the people we support in keeping with The Keys to Life strategy. Providing support to individual service managers, you will be tasked with growth and development in the region.
You will need to promote an enabling environment, ensuring high standards of care and practice are achieved. You will provide management, advice and support to motivate the teams you will be working with to ensure those who use the service are able to live a fulfilling and independent life as possible.
Qualifications:
- At least a SVQ or NVQ Lvl 3 or in care or management, willing to work towards a level 4 or above.
- Minimum two years management experience
- Driving Licence and access to a car is essential.
