Brook Street are recruiting for a Senior Service Support Analyst to work for a government client based in Exeter.
The Senior Service Support Analyst will report directly to the Service Management Practitioner and will ensure Service Management duties and team tasks are efficiently and effectively carried out.
Main duties include:
-Provide 2nd line support, ensuring that all requests/queries from internal/external customers have been processed and actioned within the agreed timescale and standard, highlighting any urgent priorities
-Communicate confidently and appropriately with a broad range of internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues or complaints and escalates where appropriate using a range of communication methods including verbal, written and electronic
-Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders including other internal teams
-Manage own workload completing tasks that have been delegated by line manager
-Ensures that data is entered onto application systems correctly to ensure accurate publications
-3rd Line Support
-Weekly importing of files
Skills and experience required:
-Previous team leader and people management experience
-Able to plan ahead and manage your workload efficiently and effectively.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Able to work well within a team environment
-Good customer service skills.
This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 37 hours per week.
Rate of pay is £12.74 per hour.
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 31/03/2022, with a possibility of an extension.
