Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Support Analyst to join our client NHS Digital

Location: Working from home but a hybrid model may be introduced to work from the offices based in Leeds City Centre

Pay: £12.74 but can be raised depending on experience

Contract Length: 3 months with possible extension subject to business requirements

About the role

The Senior Services Support Analyst will act as first point of contact providing timely, effective and efficient support to stakeholders including NHS Digital internal and external customers, and externally to our suppliers. This will include including receiving, recording, resolving queries where possible, routing and monitoring support/service requests including additional administrative duties across the wider team as required.

In addition to first line support duties, the role will require the individual to become a specialist in key areas providing a knowledgeable support within the team, managing the relationships with the business and suppliers, and transferring and sharing knowledge to the Team and wider Live Services. The role is expected to provide support to Service Support Analyst(s) within the team.

The role is responsible for providing first and second line support within the team, and requires a self-motivated individual with excellent organisational, problem solving and analytical skills. This role plays a key part in the co-ordination and facilitation of senior stakeholder engagement and requires a proven ability to understand the key internal/external stakeholder network of Live Services, NHS Digital and the wider NHS.

The Senior Service Support Analyst will have:

o Knowledge/experience of a Service Management
o Extensive experience of governance in a service management environment, including the ability to produce minutes of meetings with internal/external stakeholders.
o Experience in planning, organising and managing senior internal and external boards/workshops/seminars.
o Ability to manage professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, undertake stakeholder engagement / management, improving relationships within the wider NHS Digital senior teams.
o Ability to prioritise and re-prioritise workload daily to accommodate frequent, unexpected urgent data requests working to conflicting deadlines
o Good organisational skills
o Good planning and delivering skills
