My client is a global leader in the design, development, and production of synthetic diamond and tungsten carbide supermaterials. As part of the De Beers Group, they have manufacturing sites located in the UK, Ireland, Germany, South Africa, and the US. They are looking for a Senior SHEQ Advisor to join their large team. The company are offering a competitive salary of £46,000-£50,000 plus benefits. They are looking for a fresh eyes approach, bringing new and relevant ideas, and driving continuous improvement at all times.

The key responsibilities are;
" You will maintain ISO 9001 & ISO 45001 certification.
" Working closely with all functions, administrate and continually improve the Integrated Management System and associated SHEQ systems.
" You can liaise directly with the innovation projects to understand their needs, challenge approaches, and provide support and guidance.
" You will carry out process audits, risk management initiatives & training.
" You can drive a strategic development agenda for SHEQ, based on the innovation roadmap and Integrated feedback.
" Keep up to date with and support Group World Class Manufacturing initiatives.
