Job Description

I have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to work within a well-established, national company within one of their Residential Children's Home in Cornwall.

You will find yourself working within a fast paced and supportive environment whilst ensuring that the highest standards of care are delivered. You will be working within the management team, planning and writing rotas, staff supervisions and building great relationships with service users and their families.

Qualifying candidates;
-QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Children's and Young People's Workforce, or willingness to complete
-Experience as a Support Worker within Children's Residential services
-A driving license & your own transport is highly desirable

Pay/Contract;
-Pay is £10.15 p/h
-There are Full & Part time positions available
-You will be required to work evenings and alternate weekends
