Senior Support Worker

Job Description

A well established large national organization are recruiting for Senior Support Worker for their 5 - 7 bedded homes based in Brent Knoll, Highbridge and Burnham on Sea, Somerset. You will be working with Adults, who have Autism and can display challenging behaviour.

Main Job Role:
- Lead the team and line manage staff
- Oversee the home in the absence or management
- Be on hands with care / support plans
- Help out with staff cover, rosters / rotas
- Assistant with budgeting & finance

Qualifying candidates:
- Must have strong experience as a support worker or senior experience
- You will need your own transport due to location

Contract / Terms:
- Salary is £18,782 per annum = £9.03 an hour
- Full time contract of 40 hours a week, Monday to Fridays with alternative weekends
- Shifts patterns vary between 7am - 10pm
