We currently have an opportunity for passionate carers with NVQ Level 2 to progress into a Senior Care and Support Worker role with the opportunity to complete their NVQ Level 3.

This role is a domiciliary care role where you will be providing exceptional care and support in all aspects of the clients day to day life in their own home. You will be supporting people across the whole of Liverpool. (mileage will be paid at 40p per mile)

During this role you will be providing personal care, dietary care, household duties, helping with money, pets, managing diary, and being both a listening ear and an engaging conversationalist when needed.

Alongside providing excellent care and support you will be expected to attend meetings, complete learning and training, assist with admin duties and report writing and log all care, support and observations.

To be able to carry out this role you will have to have your own car that you are able to use for work. You will have to have an NVQ Level 2 in health and Social Care and at least 1 year`s experience of being a carer. You will have a bright and friendly personality and will be able to problem solve effectively as you will be lone working for most of your work.

The hours for this role are at minimum 35 with opportunity to pick up overtime. The salary for this role is £16380 per year with 28 days paid holidays. You will be on a rolling rota but will have some flexibility in days worked and will will be required to work in the weekend as a common occurence. You will work a 4 on 4 off rota and will be on either an early shift or a late shift between the hours of 7am - 11pm.
