I have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to work in a well-established company within their Residential and Supported Living Services in Bridgwater. You will be supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Needs who may display behavior that challenges.

Day-to-Day Duties;
-Support and lead a team of staff
-Support every individual within the home
-Admin tasks
-Complete handovers
-Lead in house training
-Complete supervisions

Candidate Requirements;
-Experience working as a Senior Support Worker
-NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 Health and Social Care

Salary/Contract;
-£10.38 p/h
-Full Time 37.5 hours a week
-Shifts range between 7AM-10PM
-Alternate weekend work is required
-Any sleep ins you do will be paid at £50 p/sleep
-There will be on call duties paid at £12.50 p/h
