You will be working for an excellent provider in Supported living and residential service, specialising in supporting people with high and complex needs, they work with people with to achieve their Life ambitions and potential.
As the Senior Support worker you will be Fully supportive working with the team to directly support with care, manage the support workers to ensure they are supported with their duties and working apart of the senior management team to ensure the running in the day to day of the service is met.
You will be able to demonstrate good organisations skills, leadership, communication skills and a willingness to work closely with colleagues and the Deputy Manager ensuring the effective and smooth running of the Service.
The successful candidate will hold relevant experience in the Social Care fields ideally from a Supported living service or Residential care. You will be able to demonstrate leadership skills and would ideally have NVQ Level 2 or 3 or working towards a NVQ Level 3. You will have experience dealing with complex situations and can use your own initiative.
In Return you will Receive full-time position with a salary of £11.30ph on a 35 -40 hours a week contract available with alternative weekends off
£10.30ph for any waking night these are not contractual
