Job Description

We are currently supporting a client to identify Senior Support Workers with a proven track record in residential care for adults with learning disabilities; Autism and challenging behaviour. This is a really exciting opportunity offering a brilliant salary range depending upon experience.

The position is still is to lead and support the care assistants, working alongside the management within the home to ensure that the residents receive the care and support they require along with encouraging them to live a full and happy life.

In order to be considered for this vacancy you will have a QCF level 3 in health and social care, a background in supporting adults with learning disabilities - autism and challenging behaviours specifically, team leader experience and must be able to work both days and nights.

This role offers an exciting salary ranging from £17,745 to £23,660 depending upon experience and hours worked.
