You will be working for an excellent provider in mental health and learning disabilities, rehabilitation and recovery specialising in supporting people with high and complex needs, they work with people with mental health, substance misuse and other complex needs to achieve their ambitions and potential.
As the Senior Support worker you will be supporting working with the team to support with care , dispensing of medication and will be responsible for delegating the day to day duties for staff on duty. You will regular complete any risk assessment where required to make sure service users are fully supported.
You will be able to demonstrate good organisations skills, leadership, communication skills and a willingness to work closely with colleagues and the Service Manager to ensure the effective and smooth running of the Service.
The successful candidate will hold relevant experience in the Social Care fields ideally from a Mental Health service back ground. You will have experience managing complex situations and have the ability to motivate and develop individuals.
This is a full-time position with a salary of £19110 for 35 hours a week between the Hours of 8am - 10pm plus increments to salary for shifts called in last minute of a £15 flat rate In addition to excellent benefits, progression and developments, Flexible Shift Patterns.
