Senior Support Workers required for an amazing organisation in Leatherhead on a full time permanent basis. Both day shift patterns and night shifts available!

Managing a small team of Support Workers you will oversee the residential care of young adults with physical and/or learning difficulties. Ensuring that the team works together to enable independence and fulling lives amongst the service users.

Leading by example you will support the residents with their daily routines, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met. You must have experience of Residential care and hold a Level 3 Qualification in Health & Social care with the strong ability to motivate/manage a team.
