Job Description

I am recruiting for a Senior Team Coordinator paying a salary of up to £28000 dependent on experience.

The company are based in Stoneleigh and the role consists of a 35 hour working week, other benefits include 25 days + Bank Holidays and 1 extra day over Christmas, pension 3% on site canteen, modern working facilities and free parking.


THE ROLE
As the Senior Team Coordinator you will be working within a team of 15 where you will be responsible for processing purchase orders, attending meetings and taking accurate technical minutes. You will also organise travel arrangements as well as accommodation.

This role will involve travel to the Peterborough office in May, August and November for regional meetings, which may involve overnight stays in hotels.

DUTIES
- Deal with purchase orders
- Handle all enquiry calls
- Able to take precise technical minutes and type up
- Diary Management
- Organise travel arrangements and accommodation
- Aid team leader with monthly financial reports
- Be able to travel in certain months to attend meetings

PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Experience as office administrator/team coordinator role for at least 2 years
- Excellent English skills (spelling/grammar) as will be taking minutes often
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask
- Confident, bright and open in asking questions
- It is desirable if you have worked for University`s, council, police departments or a scientific industry or Paralegal`s will be considered

- Negotiable salary of up to £28000 dependant on experience
