A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a well established organisation in Southport!

The employer:
BS Social Care is a recruitment specialist, we have 25 years plus experience of supporting individuals on permanent and temporary basis.

The role:
Your duties as a senior team leader will be supporting and supervising the staff when managers are not on site. You will be booking in meds, completing marrs sheets and following care plans. You will be expected to provide shift handovers and be able to adapt to new processes.

The ideal candidate:
We are looking for individuals who are competent at using their own initiative, confident and reliable. It would be beneficial if you have your meds training and manual handling as the service requires this training.

You must have a minimum of 1 years paid work experience within the social care sector!
