Job Description

Fantastic opportunity to join a fun, energetic and growing organisation in Coventry! As a Senior Training Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for around 45 projects/clients from start to finish whilst implementing complex training programmes. You will be working alongside the Head of Operations and Training Coordinator in assisting clients and trainers at various stages of their training programme. You will manage multiple clients of various sizes and training programmes. Clients that you will be working with usually are returning customers, meaning it is imperative that you give the best service possible and maintain the relationship.

Main Duties;
o Managing the training logistics from start to finish of in-house training programmes
o Being the first port of call and building ongoing client relationships & being confident to resolve any issues or concerns to high level clients & stakeholders
o Taking part in client meetings, both face-to-face and virtually
o Managing the trainers` diaries & booking in their calls and meetings with clients
o Collating and presenting feedback to clients and internally
o Creating detailed project plans & setting up projects using our project management system
o Ensuring training materials are supplied correctly and on time & budget
o Managing changes to programmes
o Answer incoming calls and managing shared inboxes for enquiries
o Booking flights, trains and hotels within the UK and Internationally
o Assisting to arrange translation of materials when required
o Assisting to maintain standards, values, and business needs
o Attend client meetings and presenting when required
o Assisting with on-boarding of new trainers, creating contracts, and creating training packs
o Providing high level feedback and data to support the department & businesses development
o Supporting with process improvement and idea generation
o Supporting with policy and process creation and review
o Researching & outsourcing tasks when necessary
o Work closely with finance to ensure the department is commercially viable
o Holding meetings & presenting to the Leadership Team when required

Person Specification;
o Ability to work in a busy & high-pressured environment
o Learning and development/Events/PA background is essential
o Able to demonstrate initiative and creative ideas for process improvement
Able to research and recommend products & services to improve efficiency to Senior Management
o Able to work within tight deadlines & prioritise workload efficiently
o Must be extremely organised & self-sufficient
o Must be confident at using all office programmes including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
o Must have excellent written & verbal skills
o Be willing to travel to client locations across the UK on occasion
o Able to adapt to different roles when needed
