If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Covering a 12 month maternity cover, you will be expected to support the service department by managing all aspects of a service administration role.

A competitive basic salary of £18,000 across a 12 month period.
Working hours of 0800-1700 Mon-Thurs and 0800-1600 Fri (early finish on a Friday).

Day to day duties in this role will include:
Preparing engineers and engineering apprentices timesheets for payroll (allocating hours from emails onto correct timesheets).
Calculating private mileage from weekly tracker reports.
Checking all hours submitted are correct (against trackers and work reports).
E-mailing engineers for missing job sheets and then updating spreadsheets.
Keeping up to date with monthly maintenance reports.
In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
At least 12 months experience in either a service role or a role that required liaising or allocating of engineers.
Able to adhere to correct policies and procedures.
For the right candidate, this position is expected to start around the March period.
