At Brook Street we have a fantastic opportunity 1-year temporary contract for a global company in their brand-new premises in Coventry.
Job Title: Service Administrator
Pay: £11.05 per hour
Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Contract: 1 year Temporary (maternity cover)
Within your new role, your duties will include:
Scheduling in preplanned maintenance on equipment
Speaking to Service Engineers to advise of appointments booked.
Updating excel spreadsheets.
Signing off invoices to be sent for payment.
Raising any invoicing queries
Our ideal candidate would have the following experience:
Confident in all Microsoft Packages
Have strong communication skills both written and spoken.
Previous experience within a planning or coordinating position.
This role is for maternity cover and therefore is estimated to be temporary for 1 year. We will be conducting a 2-stage interview with an ideal start date of 05.07.21.
