Job Description

Do you have servicing experience or an exposure to assisting engineers in their daily duties or job tasks? Are you looking to work for a well-established engineering company on the Wirral?
If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the company`s head office on the Wirral, you will support the Service Dept by managing all aspects of Service administration.

Benefits for this role include:
" Competitive annual leave salary £21,000 per annum - dependant on experience.
" Working hours of 0800-1700 Mon-Thurs / 0800-1600 Fri.
" 25 days holiday`s (including bank holidays).
" Free on-site car parking facilities and local public transport links.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
" Compiling weekly tracker Report
" Calculating private mileage from weekly tracker reports (entering cost onto timesheet).
" Monitor and record speeding of engineers each week.
" Preparation of engineers/apprentice timesheets for payroll department (allocating hours from emails onto timesheets)
" Checking hours that are submitted (overtime etc.) against trackers and work reports.
" Allocates engineers working hours on job sheets onto company system for sales invoicing.
" Emailing engineers for missing job sheets and update spreadsheet.
" Creation of weekly missing job sheet report for distribution.
" Chasing up engineers for weekend work via email/phone.
" Supporting Service Director and Service Manager in general service office duties.

" Be able to work at a fast pace and deal with change effectively
" Some form of experience within a service and administrative focused role - duties or a similar industry.
" Good communicator - verbally and written.
" Strong background within Excel and Spreadsheet handling
