If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's newly built offices in the Ellesmere Port area, you will be responsible for providing core service duties and administrative duties alongside this and the company's head office.

A competitive basic salary of £18,000-£20,000 per annum.
Working hours that range between Mon-Fri (Mon-Thurs 0800-1700 / Fri 0800-1530)

Day to day duties in this role include:
Maintaining filing systems and keeping all records and filing up to date.
Completing any purchasing requests and also monitoring all deliveries in and out of the site.
Submitting correct request forms which would be in line with company policies and standards.
Completing all weekly timesheets for any on-site operatives and then ensuring this is of complete accuracy.
Completing and submitting all relevant paperwork.
Providing support to all higher management.
In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
Experience of working within a service role - this could be with the following titles: Service Controller, Service Coordinator etc.
Experience of dealing with contracts and contracting.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
