Job Description

This company, based in Stockport are now looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to support the Service Department.

This position would suit someone who can pick up new tasks and who has a flexible attitude. You should also have a confident manner and be able to liaise with people at all levels. Previous experience in a commercial administration role is essential

Responsibilities within the role will include:
Taking customer calls and dealing with queries
Organising bookings for service, maintenance and repair
Preparing quotes
Raising purchase orders
Sales order processing
Hotel and travel arrangements
Vehicle hire and courier booking, Organising deliveries
Dispatch notes, timesheets and producing maintenance reports
General administration post, filing and office stock replenishment

Skills and attributes required
Able to use Word and Excel and good computer skills
Good attention to detail with good communication skills both verbal and written
Able to multi-task and prioritise your workload, able to work to tight deadlines
Previous administration experience in a similar role
Enthusiastic and willing to learn
Able to follow processes

Salary £18,000 Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5pm
