Our Client who are part of the largest privately-owned Diesel Engineering organisations in the United Kingdom. Specialising in the comprehensive supply, service and parts of diesel engines, automatic transmissions and off-highway, driveline products.
Due to their continuous success they are now seeking for a bright, organised and articulate Service Administrator to join the Hayes branch team.
Your job will be to provide comprehensive and timely administrative support to the service team in addition to other duties such as;
„ Raising jobs and purchase order numbers
„ Creating Invoices
„ Maintenance of databases
„ Timesheets and payroll summary
„ Plan effectively to ensure that the department needs are met
„ To maintain effective communication with all internal and external personnel
„ Maintain a safe working environment and a tidy workstation
The Ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in administration within the mechanical engineering industry is desirable, great communicator with the ability to be an effective team player. Must also be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office applications.
