Job Description
Job Title: Service Administrator
Reports to: Operations Director
Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and operations? If so, we have an exciting permanent opportunity for you to join an established team in Barry as a Service Administrator. Our client is looking for an experienced service administrator who has worked with CRM systems.
Your day to day duties will include managing customers on the status of their service and repairs, updating the in-house CRM system during the process.
In this key role, you'll play an essential part in managing and supporting the service and repair of products. You'll interact with a range of customers, distributors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth processes, managing expectations, and maintaining high standards of service. This is a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic team while making a real impact on operational success.
