Service Advisor - Stafford - £18,000 - £20,000

A fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing business based in Stafford.

You will be delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and via the telephone, ensuring customers have a positive customer experience. You will be updating customers on the progress of their case providing accurate information and timescales for the completion of their job. You will need to demonstrate good solid data entry speeds and accuracy levels.

You will receive full on the job training from a skilled and experienced Advisor.

If you have previous experience of working in a dealership this would be a distinct advantage.

Working hours: 6am -6pm 4 on 4 off.
