The successful candidate will have at least 1 years' experience within a similar role in the motor industry with evidence of great customer service skills.
You will be working with a friendly, supportive and successful team that always looks to deliver excellence and professionalism in every part of their roles.
The job involves meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner throughout the working day. Booking customer vehicles into the car garage and liaising with them throughout the day to report to the customers with any update and arrange travel arrangements for collection. You will need to provide great customer service and maintain relationships and build rapport with every customer. Complete all admin duties within the company deadlines and maintain housekeeping.
You will be working from 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday and work 1 in 4 Saturdays. You will have one hour lunch and will be rewarded with a competitive Salary and company benefits.
