Job Description

A family owned independent large corporation franchise are after an Automotive service advisor. This branch has over 15 years experience and has built a significant client base in the Bristol area building a fantastic customer relationship with a great market leading experience.

The employer is looking to add to their already successful team. Can You be the one to add to this eager and fun team?

As a Service Advisor you will work closely with other team members to provide excellent customer service to our customers. You will be confident and articulate as you will be dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone in order to fulfil their vehicle service, repair and MOT requirements. You will have strong administrative and IT skills able to use a number of computer packages, although full training will be provided. A good technical knowledge would be beneficial but is not essential. To be a good team player is essential as this can be a very busy department.

The ideal Automotive service advisor will be an energetic individual that radiates positivity and fully appreciates the dynamics that cement a long term customer relationship based on trust and experience. You must be able to demonstrate that you will complement the team of like-minded colleagues and help ensure they maintain the objective of being the first choice dealership for both customer and staff in the area.

-The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing excellent customer care and be
confident to sell the company`s products and services.
- You will need to be friendly and welcoming as the role includes meeting and greeting
customers, handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls relating to Service/Mot/Repair
bookings.
- You will need to be assertive, articulate, have a good telephone manner and possess excellent
verbal and written English skills.
- Administrative duties include raising job cards and invoicing, so you will need to be computer
literate and have very good keyboard skills.
- The ability to provide clear feedback to customers on work that has been carried out
-Team player who works well under pressure
- A Full Driving Licence is essential.
-Previous experience in the role is preferred but not essential.

£18-23K plus overtime and bonus also payable.
Training and development is available for all customer facing roles.
