OTE £21,000 +

Our client is looking for a Service Advisor to join their friendly and conscientious team to provide a superb customer experience at their business based in Telford.

Duties:
" Booking in customers for vehicle services and repairs
" Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
" Progressing both customers and internal department throughout the day
" Ensuring that all systems and administration are kept up to date
" Dealing with inbound calls and queries
