We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced automotive Service Advisor who is extremely passionate about delivering outstanding customer care to join our team at our Family Dealership in Melton Mowbray.
As a Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep the customer up date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will also have the ability to give best advice on our products and services to our customers.
This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need. You will need to be organised, capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
The successful candidate will also have the following attributes: -
o Excellent communication, inter-personal and organisational skills
o Flexibility, confidence and enthusiasm
o Be computer literate Knowledge of the Kerridge system a plus
o Self motivation
o Possess a high standard of personal presentation
Hours Mon to Fri 11:00 -18:00 ½ lunch
Alternate Saturday 08:30 - 13:00
44 days of full-time hours over the year to cover annual leave Mon to Fri 08:30 - 17:30
22 days hols + 8 bank holidays

Salary range £15,000 £18,500 - depending on experience
