Job Description

Brook Street are looking for a Service Advisor to work in my clients busy Service Department in Bath.

The role will include assisting with the day to day running of their busy workshop ensuring customers cars are completed within agreed timescales.

The ideal candidate will;
Ideally have experience in working in a Dealership on the service desk
be presentable / professional & self-motivated
be able to provide first class customer service skills face to face and over the telephone
be computer literate and have excellent attention to detail
be a team player
be able to work efficiently under pressure in a busy Department
have a full Driving Licence

We will consider an applicant who may be looking to progress from the workshop to a Service Advisor role or someone who has excellent customer service skills. We will consider an applicant with a proven customer service background within the retail or hospitality industry.

Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm with an hour lunch break. Saturday mornings are required on a rota basis. Salary will be discussed on interview.
