If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the company`s head office on the Wirral, you will be managing all aspects of both service contracts and administration. This includes overseeing all associated forms and documentation attached to the service team and allocating engineer`s working hours.

Competitive annual leave salary ranging between £20,000-£22,000 per annum - dependant on experience.
Working hours of 0800-1700 Mon-Thurs / 0800-1600 Fri.
25 days holiday`s (including bank holidays).

Key responsibilities in this role include:
Setting up maintenance contracts and booking in maintenance visits with suppliers and third parties whilst ensuring there is regular contact with clients.
Allocating engineer and dates whilst booking in maintenance visits.
Setting up contracts and visits for new clients.
Raising purchase orders for suppliers as and when this is required.
