If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's head office in the Wirral area, you will have over several years' experience within a service or maintenance focused role alongside having the ability to develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

Day to day duties in the role include:
Providing support to coordinating staff that includes holidays and absence cover.
Managing the department KPI's and job timescales.
Reporting directly to the operations manager and in event of their absence, hold fully responsibility of all office staff.
Organising the Project Manager's calendar and providing support as and when necessary.
Attending site meetings with customers as and when necessary.
Dealing with any invoice queries on any problematic jobs.
Maximise customer value alongside minimising warranty visits.

At least several years experience in a service or maintenance focused role.
Previous strong customer service experience is essential.
Experience working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
Experienced in a senior role which has required supervising and managing of other staff.
