Job Description

Do you have experience in a high pressured office environment? Are you a confident individual who is comfortable at making decisions and have previous experience of liaising with clients?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the company's main operations in the Wirral area, you will be joining a highly established industrial company within their growing Service Department.

Benefits for this role include:

Competitive annual salary of £18,000 to £20,000 per annum (dependant on experience)

Basic working hours - ranging between Mon-Fri, 0800-1800

Day to day responsibilities for this role include:

Dealing with all incoming enquiries quickly and effectively from both exisiting and new customers.

Organising and storing paperwork, documentation and computer based information.

Generating pre-planned maintenance contractors of a new and exisiting basis.

Ensuring that there is prices on maintenance contract quotations that are both profitable and lucrative to the company whilst maintaining accurate asset lists for each site.

Maintaing strong relationships with each specific customer alongside members of each internal department - Sales/Installs/Accounts and Service Engineers.

Data inputing and chasing work authorisiations and PO numbers from customers and clients.

In order to apply for this role, you must have the following experience:

Previous experience in a high pressured office environment.

A confident individual who is comfortable in making decisions.

Have an excellent phone manner and previous experience in dealing with customers over the phone.

Previous experience in liaising with clients, both new and exisiting.
