Are you experienced in a Service Controller or Coordinating role? Are you comfortable liaising with engineers on a day to day basis?
If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's head office in the Northwich area, you will be expected to liaise with a wide range of clients and suppliers on a day to day basis alongside scheduling the correct engineers and daily plans for work to be completed or repaired.
Benefits in this role include:
A competitive basic salary of £20,00-£24,000 per annum (this is dependant on experience)
Working hours are 0830-1700
Free on site car parking facilities
Day to day duties in this role will include:
Collecting engineers daily work sheets and instructing them on specific jobs and tasks.
Liaising with other departments to ensure any repair parts or equipment is sent in a timely fashion.
Reviewing priority and non priority jobs on a day to day basis to ensure both engineers and clients are updated on this.

Experience within a servicing role previously.
