Service Coordinator

£17,000 - £18,500 Depending on experience

Do you have great organisational and communication skills? If so, my prestigious growing client in the Motor industry is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their high performing team.

Due to location of the office it is ideal if the candidate can drive.

Who you will be working for:

You could be working with the best in the industry, and due to ongoing expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a Service Coordinator to come on board. You will be working out of a brand new, purpose-built office.

What you will be responsible for:

You will be responsible for organising teams of engineers working throughout the UK and liaising with customers to deliver the companies quality service and installations.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Arrange installation of companies' products
  • Organise engineers' diaries
  • Liaise with customers, to confirm bookings and ensure quality service.
  • Accurately transfer information to ensure agreeable service levels are delivered.

What our client is looking for in you:

A proven track record of your brilliance is essential. You should also have a high degree of competency in diary management. You must have strong Excel skills and be able to use Microsoft packages efficiently. Demonstrable experience of planning, and you will ideally be extremely organised in order to plan/prioritise your own work load and have an interest in delivering excellent customer service.
