Job Description

We are working with a supplier based in the Huddersfield area and they are looking for a Service Coordinator.

Salary: £20-22,000
Working hours 8:00 to 4:30 40 hours per week with 30-minute lunch

Responsibilities and requirements

The successful applicant will be using SIS and SAP to ensure correct services have been carried out.

Creation of invoices

Creation of additional work quotations

Preparation of quotes

Scheduling of services such as scheduling of engineers for services and breakdowns

Answering phone calls and emails when required

Personal Spec:

Detail orientated

Be a planner

Be a natural contributor and team-worker

Experience using SAP, SIS, Lotus Notes and Stock control are desirable but not essential
