Job Description

Do you have previous servicing experience in a technical support, coordinating or customer service focused role? Would you like to work with a leading servicing firm?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's head office in the Birkenhead area, you will be expected to assist with technical support across a number of the company's products to their new and existing customer base whilst working closely with both the field service engineers and in-house engineering team.

A competitive basic salary that ranges between £22,000-£24,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Working hours of 0800-1700 Mon-Fri (40 hours working week).

Key day to day duties include:

" Work closely with other departments within the company and existing customer databases to proactively serve as a single point of contact for all service works and enquiries
" Coordinating service enquiries, breakdowns, callouts and any in-house repairs from initial customers
" Keeping in regular contact with engineers throughout quotation stages and order placement alongside then ensuring all required documentation is processed and to then arrange scheduling through the services dedicated software
" Ensuring all service contract customers receive a service master pack
" Coordinating the movement and scheduling of test equipment for on-site legislation driven works
" Working within the field service team to ensure the scheduling and parts requirements are delivered


In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:

" Minimum 2 year's experience in a service focused role i.e. Service Coordinator, Service Administrator job titles preferred
" Must be a self-motivated, pro-active, organised individual
" Strong communication skills
" Good systems skills - ideally within Microsoft Office and IT platforms
