Job Description
Do you have servicing experience or an exposure to assisting engineers in their daily duties or job tasks? Are you looking to work for a well-established engineering company on the Wirral?
If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the company`s head office on the Wirral, you will be managing all aspects of service coordination supporting the servicing department.
Benefits for this role include:
" Competitive annual leave salary £23,000 per annum - dependant on experience.
" Working hours of 0800-1700 Mon-Thurs / 0800-1600 Fri.
" 25 days holiday`s (including bank holidays).
" Free on-site car parking facilities and local public transport links.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
" Answer service telephone calls in a swift and efficient manner.
" Produce quotations on receipt of service job reports, submit quotations to clients and follow up accordingly.
" Co-ordinate and plan service work in advance including logging information onto our internal job management system, arranging appropriate attendances for service works and ordering of parts where necessary.
" Assist in opening and closing of service jobs and justifying the material and labour content, ensuring all relevant costs, returned parts are correct before invoicing.
" To maintain an outstanding level of client service, to liaise directly with clients ensuring all service queries are sufficiently answered.
" Managing Client Portal Requirements and keeping the portal up to date for ongoing & completed works
" Supporting Service Director and Service Manager in general service duties.
" Creation of weekly order number request report to be distributed to Directors
