Service Delivery Manager

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Delivery Manager based in York. Your role will involve working with managers and co-ordinators to help them do what they love in new ways.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable with change and has the willingness to learn.
Your role will involve:
" Expertly informing future recruitment and resourcing requirements based on current and future requirements.
" To monitor real-time service delivery and acting on any issues that do / potentially impact service delivery
" To report service delivery metrics on a regular basis to the Executive Team and partners
" Work with the Executive Team to implement and utilise new reporting tools to analyse performance
" Make recommendations to the Executive Team in terms of capacity planning to meet anticipated demand
" To have input into service delivery planning process working closely with Operational Management

The successful candidate will identify and utilise the strengths in the people around them, are great mentors for others, act as an ambassador, enjoys working within a fast paced environment, has excellent communication skills, can build team spirit and lead a group of people, will proactively seek to develop themselves professionally and has an excellent attention to detail.

In return you will receive a salary between £25,000-32,000, a exciting and supportive working environment, 5 working weeks holiday plus bank holidays rising to 6 weeks after 5 years service, NHS pension scheme, free parking and refreshments.
